Akyıldız Mining was established in 1992 by Suat H. AKYILDIZ on a 170 m2 area in the Eskisehir Baksan Industrial Site with a capacity of 40 kW to carry out micronized calcite, kaolin, and talc grinding activities. The products of the company are used as filler materials in many sectors such as agricultural chemicals, chemistry, construction, asphalt, and insulation. In 1993, to meet the increasing demand, it continued its activities with an additional facility by doubling its capacity. The company, which started its operations with a single machine, now operates on a 1000 m2 area with a daily capacity of 60 tons. In 2003, by increasing its capital, the company started to continue its activities under the name of Akyıldız Chemical Products Mining and Agriculture Industry and Trade Limited Company, and with the establishment of a new company, it determined new goals and visions. In order to achieve these goals and visions, our company has been included in the scope of support by the KOSGEB affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, considering our company as open to innovations and suitable for growth. The first works of the company in line with these goals are to produce quality goods in accordance with TSE Standards and to carry out the import and export of the goods produced under the company name. For this purpose, it has started trademark registration studies. At the same time, it has conducted long-term R&D studies to ensure that its products are in compliance with TSE Standards. Akyıldız Chemical Products Mining and Agriculture Industry and Trade Limited Company started a new project in 2004 to improve its product range and realized the production of ABC and BC fire extinguishing powders in accordance with TSE EN 615 Standard with its new facility and new machines. It takes pride in being the first in this field in Eskisehir. Continuing its efforts on ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and CE Marking, the company adopts quality and continuous improvement as a philosophy of life.
